Selling out is the outdated way of selling; lazy, pushy, sleazy, and self-interested reps.

Selling in better aligns with reps’ values and character with the buyer’s interest in mind.  We learn to be “salesy” in organizations, and Paul argues there are more holistic ways to sell.
