1.) Make onboarding a smooth process with touchpoint follow-ups.
2.) Understanding client needs on a deeper level. Not every implementation will be the same-it helps to be open-minded.
3.) Regular health checks and monitoring. People move roles and companies its important to have regular check-ins to also introduce new features.
4.) Training in a live or recorded format along with documentation for new products and email campaigns.
5.) Be a human. Actively listen and be compassionate toward people you interact with, especially in the age of ChatGPT.
