In this Episode of 3PL Live host, Jeremy Thone speaks with William Lentz Head of Sales Enablement at GoFreight.

Sales Enablement isn’t common in the supply chain but is getting more prevalent in the startup community. Lentz informs us that the role of enablement is to power reps with the tools they need to sell more effectively.

A sales enablement program is a holistic strategy connecting marketing and sales. An enablement manager would map out personas, sales playbooks, scripts, marketing decks, and messaging.
